The free convenient home and office delivery now provides contact-free service to over 2,500 customers in 20+ North Shore towns and communities.

What services do you offer?
We specialize in dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, and specialty cleaning for delicate fabrics, wedding gowns, and household items like comforters and curtains.
This is my first time using your pickup & delivery service. How do I start my order?
Welcome! Getting started is easy, here’s how it works:
- Open the Nor'east “SMRT” app / portal
- Create your account if you don’t have one yet.
- Start a new order
- Click “Create New Order.” You can either:
- Use the “Quick Order” option
- Or take photos of the garments you want cleaned and add any special instructions (e.g. stains, delicate fabrics, etc.)
- Schedule pickup
- Pick your preferred date, time window, and location for us to collect your items.
- We collect & clean
- Our team will come to your address, pick up your laundry/dry cleaning, bring it back to our facility, and clean it with care (eco-friendly methods).
- Track progress & receive updates
- You’ll get notifications when your order is being processed and when it’s ready for delivery back to you.
- Delivery & enjoy fresh clothes
- We’ll bring your cleaned items back to the same address (or alternate location, if specified).
Are your cleaning products eco-friendly and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we are committed to using eco-friendly and hypoallergenic cleaning products, prioritizing both your health and the environment. Our cleaning methods are designed to be gentle on fabrics while being effective, making them safe for those with sensitive skin or allergies.
Do you clean wedding dresses or formal wear?
Yes, we offer specialized cleaning and preservation for wedding gowns, tuxedos, and formal attire.
Can you launder large items like comforters and duvets?
Absolutely! We handle oversized items with care and ensure they’re returned to you fresh and clean.
Can you handle delicate fabrics like silk or wool?
Yes, we specialize in delicate fabrics and treat each item based on its specific care needs.
Do you clean wedding dresses?
Yes, we clean and preserve wedding gowns with extreme care.
I don’t have a Nor'east bag yet. What do I put my clothes in for the first pickup?
Any clean disposable bag works. Write your name and “Dry Clean” or “Wash and Fold” on it. If you’re sending both, use two smaller bags inside one larger bag so we don’t mix them. We’ll return your order with a reusable Nor'east bag, Yellow for Dry Cleaning and Blue for Wash and Fold.
I have special instructions. How do I make sure the cleaner sees them?
Add notes in the customer portal for the order and tuck a handwritten note in the bag for the item. We scan and tag every piece, and your notes follow the garment through cleaning.
